I am having pain in my abdominal area.
The area from upper abdominal both sides and around my back.
All of my joints feel stiff and my Sternum has been cracking for several years.
For the past year is has become worse. My hands are shaking sometimes and I almost feel an electric sensation sometimes. It seems like I am cold a lot.
I am having a hard time focusing and concentrating and also feeling an extreme amount of Anxiety. I have really not feeling like myself for sometime now.

Hi, have you had any tests or MRI"s on your spine? You could have some disc problems or arthritis in you back or neck. Neck problems, esp. can cause a lot of those electrical feelings. Cracking usually means arthritis. I have both, so I know. I would go to a neurologist or neurosurgeon.

Do you exercise? Do you lift heavy weights? That could be it too. My son kind of ruined his neck and shoulders lifting heavy for years.
