Not sure what board to post lip problems under, but here goes:
As winter approaches and the air starts to get dry here, I'm experiencing the same problem I've gotten every winter for the past 5 years or so: when I wake up in the morning, there is a cut on the inside of my upper lip, sometimes with blood. it usually heals over during the day but I'm just wondering if this is any serious thing as it hasn't always been this way. will it eventually progress to a harelip kinda thing?
also does anyone else have this happen on a regular basis, and is there anything to help it besides lip balm? obviously sleeping with my mouth closed prevents it but I can't seem to control that
