Rib cage specialists doctors - General Health Message Board

I fell on my shoulder and side about 8 months ago, constant discomfort in my ribcage area, weird shifting feeling just under breast; had an x-ray, doc said no fractures but I could go for a more in depth x-ray whatever that means....what can I do to heal me???

I have the same problem. I "bruised" my ribs in May last year, the xray didn't show anything, yet I still can't sleep on that side, and I get pain under my ribs into my back. I've been told it could be scar tissue from a possible muscle tear, but no one seems to know how to heal it or make the pain go away. If you find out anything, please let me know.
