Incredibly dry patch of skin on my foot.

Not sure where else to put this.

But on the top of my left foot, there is a small area (size of a half dollar maybe) that is excessively dry. I noticed it a month or two ago, and i just let it go, assuming it will get better on its own. But now the patch is completely dry, and the skin is flaking in that little area. I have always had very dry skin there, but now its a rather big spot.

I try to put lotion on it every day, but does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it quicker?

It could be some sort of fungal/yeast infection? Does it feel numb when you press on it?

Not sure what it could be, but try Bag Balm-that stuff is the BEST for any dry areas!

I would check into some fungal creams to put on it.
