When you eat something, do you get an incredible rush or energy?
Pretty much every meal I have, it makes me go hyper, for lunch I'd have a pretty balanced meal, carbs sugars proteins and then fruit, so it's not like i'm eating an entire sugar factory. But I get sooo much energy, and I end up jumping and dancing to the radio with my little brother (so I don't look strange, kuz when it's with little kids it's okay

) But I get this immense amount of energy. and I don't like it ¬_¬
Also I was cycling today, not a long cycle, maybe a little more than ten minutes. and when I stopped, I was shaking allllll over! *** is with that? ¬_¬
