Im making this inquiry for my wife who is age 61 and a beautiful woman. We enjoy going motorcycling but this thigh pain with groin pain, for her is becomming to much. She says that this pain has been going on for over 6 months now and is getting worse. We are uninsured, like most of the US population, and are hoping to get some direction as to where to begin. This pain also gets more intense if she does much walking. Thank you for any advise.
it could be to many things
maybe a clogged artery to slow blood flow
sorry but she really needs a doctor to help her out first
She shall be when we return home in 30 or so days, was hoping to hear of any similar cases with diagnosis's. I sort of fall on the more serious than she believes side.
Worst case scenario, what are the possibilities?
Ummm....this is very interesting to me. I have had front thigh and groin pain for almost a year now, (I'm 57) and it was much worse when I had a terrible infection in my gallbladder which was removed June 2007. For me though, it's on the right leg. I'm not saying your wife has gallbladder problems. What I mean is that it seems if I have any pain or pressure anywhere in my body, that front thigh pain acts up almost tenfold. I have also thought about a possible blocked artery but the docs don't seem to want to listen as all other tests, (stress test, holter monitor, blood pressure...etc.,) are within normal range. Please keep us posted on what the doctor says. This is the first I have heard of anyone else having the same type of pain. Good luck...Sophie
if she still has her ovaries or female organs that could also be a problem
there to many to know that have this same symptoms
however the age and complaint really makes me think she needs a doctor
We are hiding out here in Florida till mid April. No insurance and finding a competent doctor is a real problem these days. When I talk to others about there doctors I'm not left with much confidence. we are north of Tampa 60 miles, any suggestions will be appreciated, thank you
