Red face dizzy/lightheadedness

I've been ill for over a week now...nothing too bad.

Headaches, runny/blacked nose, sneezing, tiredness, cough and sore throat.

But over the last few days im experiensing light headedness and dizzy spells.

Im fine if im sitting or walking around as long as my heads normal but if i tip my head say to look down or something i get dizzy!

Although i havent been eating as much as i usually do due to feeling unwell i have been eating small regular meals.

I'm drinking the same as usual if not more.

I had a severe head injury last july.....could it be related?

Or is it just low blood pressure or something?

Re: dizzy/lightheadedness

hi sounds like an inner ear problem, i would go to ur gp though and get it checked out and if it is inner ear he/she might well prescribed something that will help with the dizziness and nausea if u get that as well.

Re: dizzy/lightheadedness

Either inner ear or you may even have your blood sugar checked.

If you haven't been eating well, your blood sugar could be too low causing the dizzy/lightheadedness. Also, you should have your blood pressure checked. It's also a sign.. dizzyness and lightheadedness... low BP.

Hope you feel better soon.
