| Bad Fatigue... pls help!
Thank you for reading my post. I did not want to post this on the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome board b/c I don't think that's it...
Anyway, I have been extremely fatigued for the past week. Not just really tired, but FATIGUED!!! The fatigue followed a bad headache that lasted a couple of days. The headache is gone now, but I have been left with the fatigue. It is hard for me to function. Even harder to push myself to go to work.
I am very healthy. Normal "monthy cycles". I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night, eat well, take vitamins (incl B-Complex), and exercise everyday. Sometimes I get overtired from everyday business, but a good rest ususally cures that. I have laid off the exercise since this started (but went for a walk once to see if that would help). Tried caffeine. Called in sick to work one day. Nothing is helping.
Is anything going around? Could this be from the headaches? Thank you so much for any advice. Today I am going to try to ignore it and see if that works!!!
