| Question about BP and HR...
I've had 2 stress tests done as a result of severe anxiety. I am 24 y/o and work out anywhere between 3 and 4 times a week (usually intense circuit workout with 10 minutes of cardio) and I also do martial arts; I've checked my BP and HR recently (resting) and it seems to be in the range of 105/55 with a HR of 55--is this normal for a fit person or is it too low?
