| 4 days After Knee Sprain and getting better. Am i seriously Damaged?
I had a knee injury from Doing a fast spin kick. The knee that got damaged was the one planted on the ground.
I went from bad knee pain and limping. To now 4 days after, i can walk fine if i walk slow and the pain is much less.
Before i also had
-sensation of knots forming in the Thigh muscle . that felt badddd. although it was weird and odd rather than painful.
-tearing sensation in the knee cap
-pain in the joints
Now
-the knots for some reason disappeared from one moment to another.
-i haven't gotten the tearing sensation since yesterday
-pain in knee joint is minimal
-I can walk almost near normal
I've had an injury in the same knee and it was much worse , i couldn't walk for months.
Anyways i'm going to ortho just to get checked
but when i heal from this:
-what activities/exercise can I do if my joints seem to be prone to injuries?
-no more kicks ?
