Why do i feel so sick?

I had a very upset stomach saturday evening. Sunday i felt quite sick and could only manage 3 mini hotdogs and a piece of chicken.
Today i feel sick too. And although i managed a sandwich for breakfast, i just tried to eat some crisps and i wanted to throw up.

Heres what ive eaten-
Friday night- Dominos pizza. I also had a vitamin water drink that i've never tried before.
Sat- Chips for lunch ( i couldnt manage to eat them all). 2 double vodkas mixed with red bull. Steak for dinner although i was feeling quite ill by then and when i got home i was on the toilet for aaaages if you know what i mean!
Sunday- 3 hotdogs and a piece of chicken. Coca cola, lucozade. 3 Malibus and coke in the evening. By then i felt ok.

But now i feel sick again. I wonder if it was the vodka and red bull. I havent had either in a while but they never usually affect me badly. Or the vitamin water.....i dont know why that would affect my stomach though. Too much pizza?

I cant be pregnant, im not run down. I have no idea what it is of how to make it go, but i need to eat!!!

Please help!!!

P.S i suffer from depression but i've never felt like this before.
Symptoms- Diorrhea (not sure on spelling) Only on sat night
Feeling sick, but not being sick
Complete loss of appetite even though my stomach grumbles.
And i cant be pregnant as 1. im on the depo injection 2. I havent had sex in 8-9 months!

I think you need to give your stomach a break. I know exactly how you feel because I have had this happen to me on numerous occasions.

Here are some things that might help you that I do when I get like this:

~ Drink a lot of fluids so that you don't get dehydrated. Try to stick to water or something with electrolytes in it like Gatorade. Caffine will just make the problem worse.

~ I understand you want to eat, but really be careful what you eat until you start feeling better. I usually go with some crackers or toast with a litle jelly. I have read that you should eat plain toast, but that is just to bland. I also eat some bananas.

Like I said you need to give your stomach a break and I would do that until you don't have diarrhea for at least a day. Try some Tums or Rolaids for the nausea.
