| odd pain in back/chest
I've been having this weird pain for about 2 weeks now, and while its not getting any worse, it is not getting any better either.
Whenever I take a deep breath/cough/forcefully sniff...i'll get a semi-sharp pain. It started out in my back & it seemed just like a sore muscle or something that assisted with inhalation, but then it progressed to my chest...like if you stuck a rod through the pain in my back, it would stick through that area of my chest in which it now hurts.
The pain will either be in my back or chest...never both at the same time...and if they didnt seem to be along the same axis, or be brought on by the same things, i wouldnt think to relate them (although they are the same type of pain)
The weird thing is, is that if i take a deep breath, feel the pain...then take another few deep breaths, it will go away. Then the next time I take a deep breath (say an hour later), the pain will be back...doesnt matter if its in my chest or back, whichever i am experiencing will go away.
i'm really not too concerned that it is anything serious...its just getting aggravating!! Anyone know what this could be??
Oh, and i got a back massage...which made it worse, if anything...
oh, and im 22 & work out regularly...i feel it less (if any diff) when i work out, after my first few deep breaths
