Sorry didn't really know what to write but my boyfriend has a lump of white tissue on the side of his gum that looks like it is eating away at his gum and it looks as if it is spreading? ANY Clues? Help!!

Does he chew?
I'd go to a dentist as soon as I could. If it is something that is spreading it is best to catch it before it gets too far and ends being cancer or gum disease.
