stomach flu or food poisoning
My husband came down with this at one am and still has it he cannot keep down anything including water. He complanes that his stomach is burning. He also suffered from diareah early on is it food poisoning or flu?

my friend just went to the hospital with similar and it was gastoenteritis, a virus. be very careful, he must be kept hydrated. if he can't drink he will have to have liquids intravenously at the hospital.
