Bumping/Hitting the Head

I have to say that my problem with this stems from two things: I have poor balance due to cerbral palsy, and/or a big kluts!! (sp)

I tend to hit my head, more often than eithers I guess. For instance, getting the the car, I hit my head....let's say in a 3 month period, I may hit my head, 10 times, let's say.....even that sounds a lot, so maybe between 7 - 10 times.

Right now, I went to lift the blinds in my office and I tilted my body in such a way where I lost balance and hit my head on my printer! I have a minor ache now since it just happened, but thats it. Or I hit my head when I go to put logs on the fire, etc...stuff like this.

It doesn't happen every day, but I am worried. I dont suffer from headaches or extreme migraines, but am I setting myself up for any future head trauma? I try to be very cautious of it, but i do not know sometimes, maybe i just don't fully determine the distance correctly? I think I should be more concerned about breaking my hip, and i'm just 32.....thoughts?
