find out whats wrong with me
mt stomach has been hurting for about 3 to 4 days with no leting up i cant keep anything down and i have tryed everything to make it stop hurting its to the point where im thinking about going to the hospital do you think you could help me find out whats rong with out have to go to the hospital please

It could be anything. Impossible to diagnose over the internet. If it were me I would have been to the hospital days ago, it could be apendicitis or just a bug. I urge you to seek medical advice ASAP. All the best.
