Unidentified Stomach Problems

About two weeks ago, my stomach started to feel odd. After a few days, the pain came and went. It feels like a burning and cramping sensation above my navel, sometimes as high as my chest. It occurs throughout the day and sometimes I feel better after I eat. Over the past few days I started to take some over the counter medicine for it - Tums, Maalox, Pepto Bismo, Acid Reducer (Ranitioine), and some Probiotics. I do not have health insurance unfortunately and am wondering and what point should I see medical attention? My stool is normal and I have not vomited, but I have loss weight for no real reason over the past week, about 7-8 pounds, which I am concerned about. I also seem to have a lack of an appetite and I get full rather quickly.
