Hemosystine Level

Recently had a physical with associated blood work.
Hemosystine level came back at 22.
Understand that normal levels are 4-12.
Is Folic Acid benificial in lowering my hemosystine level?

Re: Hemosystine Level

Folic acid, B-6, and B-12 are all helpful in lowering you homocysteine level. Your levels are in the moderate range. Try eating healthy and exercise and you should be fine.
