Pain in back of left thigh
Last few days I have had a pain in the back of my left thigh. Prominent at rest whether sitting or laying. I think it may be heart related as I also believe I have been developing angina (except it is not all the time I exert myself).
Just curious about the leg pain.

Sounds more like a pinched nerve or muscle strain than a heart related problem.
