Feeling unwell

Orite.

Im a 18 year old lad which is in need of some help.

I started smoking again a few months ago and then 2-3 weeks a go i decided to stop again.

Ive gone pale, and have black rings under my eyes and ive gone really spotty again all of a sudden and not been feelin well.

doc says blood pressure is fine and he took my blood test and said everything is ok so does not know why all this is happening, has anyone got any ideas?

Re: Feeling unwell

What is your diet like? Are you sleeping OK? These are things that can make you tired and "spotty". Stress also can make you feel and look unwell. check out your lifestyle. Sera.

Re: Feeling unwell

Stopping smoking is the best thing you can do for yourself, so stay away from the cigarettes for good.

As far as being pale, and feeling unwell...again, you did the right thing by checking in with your doctor.

Has anything dramatically changed in your life recently? I would suggest you follow the cue your body is giving you, and give yourself plenty of rest, plenty of liquids, a healthy diet, and a little pampering. Some fresh air and excersize would be helpful too.

We all have low periods occasionally, often times in winter for some. Best wishes to you.
