myconos Newbie (female) Join Date: Jan 2009 Location: Athens Greece Posts: 1	Hands Numb Can someone please help me? my hands are getting numb and i do not know whether i should be using cold or hot water. some people tell me "ONLY HOT" and some others tell me "ONLY ICED WATER" It can't be. thanks Myconos Actually i do not know if I am at the correct board!
