i have a node they call it in the carotid artery in my right neck area. it hurts and when i talk it gets worse as if it cuts off my oxygen if i keep up i black out or talk like i am drunk and out of control. i get dizzy my short term memory is gone. i have times each day now that i just go away black out i do not fall down though. pain goes up in to my head so severe. pain goes down my right arm and is at times dabilitating. i have become more ill in the last couple years with pain in my body and now take losts of medicine to keep blood perssure down erc. my first mini stroke was in 04 but they say this lump does not have anything to do with it because it was on the other side. i have been to many doctors and they say there is no operation or a 50% chance i will come out of it.....any help??
