Tight Passage of my Throat, becuse of its to dryness?

Hi All:
Recently, I've been having a problem of my throat.

If I eat quick or 'not-well' done foods, my throat not able to handle to pass those foods down into my esophagus or stomach. Due to this, I need to always spend more time to chew foods good and, ... soft and well-done.

Seems to me that as I'm getting older, my thorad getting drier that causing not passing foods into the next step, ... down into my stomach? It's pain, often due to foods stuck in my throat.

Is there any way to alleviate this,... the throat not able to handle foods down into the next step?

Any clues and help would be truly appreciated.

Thanks,
