...i need a little help. Ive started working out again ( strength and cardio). On my strength training days i usually do some chest work...arms...legs...and then abs. However, When i do only a few crunches ...my stomach feels weird and its almost like im going to throw up. I know it isnt an internal problem because i've sort of invented an excersies were i agressive punch a pillow while pivioting my upper body left and right with the momentum of each punch. I sometimes throw a few weights on to make it harder. This ab work doesnt make me want to barf but when i get on the floor and begin a crunch...i do..
