At 18 you are probably as tall as you are going to get. The only way to accurately tell is to get an x-ray to see if your grow plates have fused. But by the time a girl is 18 she has usually reached her full height. Women grow to their height before men do and they are done with their growth by the time they are 18. When did you grow last?
Once the growth plates are fused you will not grow any taller no matter what any advertisment hype offers. The growth plates are in your legs and also in your arms.
