why am i always cold and tired

I am always cold and tired. I wake during the night with my hands numb. I have been eating healthy and exercising, butI cant loose weight.

You have the classic symptoms of hypothyroidism. Have your doctor check your levels of TSH and free T4.

I agree...definitely the symptoms of an underactive thyroid. In addition to having your TSH and FT4 tested...make sure that they also do the antibodies test for Hashimoto's (thyroiditis).
