find out what is wrong with my body
i am hungry all the time but when i eat i can only eat a fourth of a meal because my stomach starts hurting with sharp pains but an hour later im hungry again with my stomach growling

Im not doctor but it sounds like gallbladder issues. you should get that checked out... that can get bad and very painful

Could also be something to do with digestive issues. You wouldn't be gluten intolerant or have a lactose intolerance? Lack of digestive enzymes can make digestion very uncomfortable.
