breathing troubles - exercise induced...

Hi all,

Looking for some opinions

I've been to so many docs and had so many tests run, really getting tired of going and not coming to a conclusion on this. Whenever i jog or lift weights my chest feels like it gets constricted and i feel this tightness sensation or constricted feeling and it drives me crazy - it lasts for a few days sometimes after my exercising. I have a abuetrol inhaler i use before i go to - and then i take aciphex and have also tried many other PPI's - im in my twenties..

the docs had told me i had a hiatial hernia but that it was so small it shouldnt bother me

please give me feedback on what you think i should do or what it might be

-thanks
jk

acid reflux doesn't help (it gives me breathing problems on bad days), but look into "exercise induced asthma". The albuterol should be helping but you may need something else.
