 Suddenly close to sense less

My age is 33 years, gender-M, no diabates, average blood pressure 135/85
i am facing one problem last few years. suddenly i am going to sence less , on that movement i control my self and coming to normal. some time when i was sleeping on that moment i am feeling i am going to death all is coming to close, instantly i am shaking my self and coming to normal.
earlier it was happinng while i was sleeping, but recently it is happning any time while i was journy, i was watching tv, praying.
i am very afrid of this problem.
need any spaciist help. why it is happaning, and what is the medication for that
