extreme pain in my knees that will go away when I stay still

extreme pain in my knees that will go away little by little when I stay very still, what could that be? I am only 29 yo and it does started when I was maybe 7 and got worse over the years

Have you ever had this checked out by a good ortho? You could have cartiledge damage in your knee. Just a guess. You need to have it checked out and scoped so they can see what is wrong with it.

I agree, sounds like damage. Cartilage or meniscus. Definitely have it looked at.
