palm injury

About two months ago I had a bike accident and tore my palm up pretty bad. Obviously I didn't do anything involving my palm for a while. It is all healed now. You cant even tell it was ever injured except that it has a dark red tint that isn't present in my other palm. I am athletic and practice acrobatic sports and use my palm to excersise, do handstands, and other tricks. The prblem is whenever I use my palm very much it begins to hurt. At first only a little but then it gets worse until I stop using it for a day or two .

Is there any way to stop the pain or "heal" my palm fully. It isnt terrible but it defently messing me up and is messing up my hobbies. I dont want to use meds because they mess up muscle building and are a pain to use regularly. Any help would be nice.
