denises725 Newbie (female) Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: Dresher, PA Posts: 1	stabbing pain in upper thigh Before, during and after being pregnant i have had a very very specific pinch of pain in my upper thigh. it never moves and isn't bigger than an inch. meaning the pain is always in the same exact spot and the pain doesn't radiate anywhere but in that one specific spot.. has anyone ever experienced this? I can put my finger over the pain spot and that is about the width of the pain. it's so odd but makes me stop what i'm doing bc it hurts so much
