Feeling tired all the time!
Well I'm 15, and I always feel like I don't have any energy. I usually get enough sleep, but it still always takes me an hour or more to fall asleep. I feel like I'm eating right, but I'm just always tired.

Is there anything specific I should be eating, or doing?

Get checked for Mono. Also have a complete workup to determine what the real problem is.

It is not normal to feel tired all the time, especially at your age.

Drink a lot of water, eat fruits and vegetables. Drinking milk before going to bed is also great! And don't forget to get your daily dose of exercise.
