Alright, hi, im new to this site. i was searching around the net to find somewhere where i can get some advise/solutions/answers.
to start off, im 19, male, 185lbs, and 6'3". i dont know if that matter.

my problem is that I sweat to much..

now i know its a common problem, but here are the situations where i sweat the most.

1) on the basketball court, obviously i will sweat, but i will sweat everywhere, my legs, feet, arms, hands, neck. I keep up with every one else, i try not to over work myself.

2) In situations where i feel trapped, like in church. I always hated shaking hands when the time came. But before the time to shake hands come, my hands are fine. Than i start thinking about the hand shaking part. Then i am in a loop where i keep thinking of me sweating, where i will sweat a lot more. so much that when i get up from the wooden pews, i sometimes leave sweat marks. its horrible.

3) This isn't as bad as high school, but in college also, same problem, when ever i think of my hands, like when im writing a paper, i sweat more and increases as i think of it more. But not as bad as in high school, because professors aren't as strict as high school teachers when you feel like leaving the class for a bit.

I can't prevent thinking of sweating. I can't go a day without sweating. or thinking of sweat.

Now my question to you is, "Are these anxiety attacks? and how can i be helped?"
