i would actually switch to the version that has only tylenol and caffiene in it, just to be on the safe side. they DO have this availiable since i know i used this for many years for my headaches that just popped in from time to time. i simply cannot tolerate aspirin so i KNOW this version did not contain it and it worked really well. why go there if you don;t have to. i too am on one baby aspirin a day for aneurysm. love that enteric coated stuff.
