Eat protein..you're eating all carbs, which are digested quickly, causing a spike in your blood sugar for a short time, but then your blood sugar drops and your body tells you to eat....now you're going for more carbs for the quick fix and the cycle continues. Add protein to your meals and you'll be amazed at the difference. Good proteins.....milk, peanut butter, an egg, lean meat, yogurt, cheese.
