red dots on tongue white tongue
i oer drank water and threw up, now my tounge is white, and has tiny little red dots on it. my throat IS SO SORE! swallowing food is not an option.

Very sore throat accompanied by nausea and 'strawberry tongue' need to be checked for strep throat. You have classic symptoms. Of course it could be something else, but strep can lead to other problems and you should be seen by a doctor. If it IS strep, they'll proably put you on an antibiotic. You'll feel SO much better quickly! Please see your doctor!
