Some say less than 30 percent get/remember a rash.....and Lyme can be transmitted in the placenta (before birth), and they now think by spiders, mites, gnats, and other insects. They think it can be transmitted sexually, and theoretically, it may be transmitted by blood transfusion...which may explain why not everyone gets/remembers seeing a tick.

but I have been on the antibiotics that cure Lyme disease a few times among other antibiotics.

I'm afraid, it just isn't that simple...and I'm not sure that Lyme can be "cured". I would suggest more reading.

Also they have run tons of blood tests, MRIS, MRAS, EMGS, and all the other tests which all come back normal.

Tests are unreliable...and the test that is the most reliable, you apparently haven't had.
Looking for Lyme and the other bugs that sometimes accompany it, is not a simple process...if it were more doctors would know what tests to use, how to diagnose it, and how to treat it...but they don't. That is why I am suggesting that you do some serious reading (not just a post here and there) about this condition...too many myths abound, and then there is just too much we don't know.
I trusted my specialists for 4 years only to be crippled physically, mentally, and ruined financially....all of which could have been avoided if I had simply believed the side effects listed on the package insert of my medication and NOT what my doctors told me.
Doctors, scientists, and health care providers do not know everything...if they did, we wouldn't have people posting on these boards.
