hi my name is michael i live in san diego california ive been going to the doctors for about a year straight now and they cant seem to find what is wrong with me i always feel dizzy, dazed and confused which causes me to be nauseated and vomit occationally. i get ringing in my ears. i always see the room stretch when iam focusing down a hallway of a street the room looks 2-D and flat. the room also looks like its spinning sometimes. i feel detached from reality like nothing is real. my hands and feet get real numb and tingly alot and get clamy and real sweaty. my spine feel tight and in pain from my lumbar all the way up to my neck and i have to constantly crack my neck. and i always get bad stomache pains that never go away. and i always feel like my throat is closing up. all these symptoms give me panic and anxiety i have seen a phychiatrist and have taken many medications and all the them seems to be makeing things worse for me health wise and panic and anxiety wise and it never seems to calm me down and it feels like my brain is racing.

a little about my medical history is that i have asthma and allergies and i take an albuteral and zyrtec for both. with in the past 4 years i have had the epstein bar virus, food poisoning, and two concussions. and i was diagnosed with retinal pigment detatchment with a central serous

everything has got so bad i cant leave my house cause i feel like if i do im going to pass out or die im sick of feeling like im traped in my own body and in my house. i need some help if anyone has any advice of what they think is going on with me please i need some help
