Please god read this... - General Health Message Board

Okay, i'll try to keep it short so you wont have to much to read, but I am in deperate need of some help.

So last night, me and a couple buddies were just hangin out taking it easy and watchin a movie. Normally I drink or smoke (marijuana) pretty heavily around bed time to help me get to sleep. Last night, however, I just couldnt do it so I had 2 beers and maybe 3 big drinks of nyquil. I felt the nyquil pretty quickly, however, I stayed awake watching TV for another couple hours. It was around this point I started to lose it a little bit. I'd close my eyes and see faces, and all sorts of crazy stuff. It felt like I was tripping (I know all about robotrippin w/nyquil but I didnt think 3 was enough to make it happen). Anyhow, after about 4 more hours I finally fell asleep.

Now is where it gets bad. I woke up this morning, after about 4 hours of sleep and STILL feel like im trippin almost 8 hours later. I feel like im going crazy. I feel like a damn zombie, I look around at stuff and not a thought goes through my head and my eyes are glazed over but then when I try and sleep my mind wont stop racing. I also feel pretty cold even though its nearly 80 degrees in here. Everytime I stand up to do something, my body feels super weird. I have had a slight history of mild panic and anxiety attacks and the one time I tried acid I had a pretty bad one.

I dunno man, I just feel like im going crazy and dont know why i'm still feeling like this. I thought it was just the nyquil but I drank that stuff over 12 hours ago. I don't know what to do...nothing helps me get to sleep and I cant afford to go to the hospital.

Please, any feedback you guys have is welcome.

things take time to get out of your system. If you don't clear up in a few more hours, you might have to take that trip to the hospital. Mixing what you did was....well...dumb. Don't mix Nyquil with anything. It's not meant to be a sleep aid. I would suggest you go a doc and try and get the sleep problems figured out... taking all that stuff isn't good for your body.

Your body is obviously taking a long time to metabolize the Nyquil, surely you know that it's powerful stuff. i agree you need to see a Doctor. Maybe you should consider giving up the dope and use the money to get your health sorted out. I do hope you realize that stuff will ruin your life. My son had a friend who's practically a zombie all the time now from smoking that stuff. His memory is stuffed, he slurs when he speaks and has now developed schizophrenia. He doesn't use it any more, but it's too late, his life is wrecked and he's only 24, very sad. Please get help.

I hope you are ok. It seems you have mixed drugs. I am pretty sure you are only suppose to have one capful of Nyquil. I think you have overdosed. But thank God nothing happened to you and I think it just needs to wear off. Let us know how you are. Good luck!
