hands feeling weak

Today in the morning , when I wokeup, I felt my hands are weak between elbow and wrist. I was finding it hard to lift my hand wiping the body after shower or any movement. This was for both the hands. This lasted for almost 30 minutes. After that my hands started becoming kind of normal. My left hand is normal now, but right hand is still weak. When I am typing this, I prefer to rest my wrist than keep it lifted up.
This has happened to me before, but this time duration is longer. It look s like when I try to use my little finger, at that time I feel some kind of weakness in the hand. Its almost two hours now and I am still not completely normal.

what can this be ?
