Unhappy random dizziness

Hello,

I have been having serious anxiety type issues since January of 2009. I got to the point back in Jan/Feb where I couldnt even leave my house and I had very severe issues feeling like I couldn't breathe or anthing. Long story shorter the drs did hundreds of tests on me including, 3 EKGs, 48 hr heart monitor, CT of abdoman, CT of chest/neck, Xray of chest x2, both CTs had contrast via IV, barrium swallow esophagus study, barrium swallow upper GI series, Ultrasound of my entire abdoman, gallbladder study (ultrasound/blood work), look at appendix via ultrasound and CT, measured kidneys, heart, arteries, liver, gall bladder, appendix, stomach, intestine, and pancreas. Blood testing completely throughout the board (EVERYTHING Imaginable) even vitamin B, D, and other difencies, thyroid testing, and a full outside "womans health exam" where she went over my entire body and listened to my heart.

Everything came back completely normal for me except for vitamin D which they showed very low (I took Vitamind D at a very high dose now for 3 months)

I've been getting somewhat better slowly but half the time everything falls back to the start after I think I am getting better. I take 5-10mg propranolol daily for anxiety issues and 1mg ativan maybe once a week for anxiety that gets out of control. I take Lunesta 3mg nightly and have protonix 40mg twice daily.

Anyone had anything like this? My worst symptoms are when I get dizzy feeling like I am almost leaning to one side constantly. It will go on for 1-2 days long and then just disappears. That happens about once every 1-2 months. Then I have serious pressure in my upper abdoman (stomach) and at times it hurts all the way into my back. I also have this thing where ever since I was little I would actually like "blow air out of my lungs suddenly randomly even tho its not how I breathe..I just feel like I have todo it and always have.

A little more history, I have developed allergies since moving to the coast which makes me have sinus issues, I obviously have serious GERD symptoms that hasnt been diagnosed, and some anxiety symptoms mainly from health related issues. I do have occassional heart palpitations and my blood pressure is 108/67 last time I checked with a 85 pulse. I am 26 year old female.

I also noticed I think the heart palps get worse within 2 weeks of my period and that seems to be the same time that my dizziness and anxiety come on.

Re: random dizziness

I take Meclizine every day to keep my dizzy problems away.It is used also for motion sickness,so I didn't worry too much,as people take it before going in the air
or on a cruise. When I take Ativan,it is for 5mg,I believe.I wonder if 1 mg is hardly worth taking, especially taking it sporaticaly, like you. Good luck....Bill
