Colon/bowel spasms following colonoscopy
Just trying to confirm whether upper bowel spasms are a normal effects following a colonoscopy procedure. The procedure was clear with no polyps to be removed. My upper left side just under or behind the rib cage keeps paining like a muscle spasm, specifically when I try bending down.
Has anyone experienced these same after effects of a colonoscopy?

I had a colonoscopy a few months ago and had no symptoms like you are describing. I think I would call my doctor.
