long-lasting flu virus

HI,
The camomile tea helps...good suggestion.

My test results were ok for the usual stuff.

So into the 5th week, and the worse symptom is still what I refer to as malaise....generally feeing unwell, sort of jittery...no energy and , I hate to say, a feeling of coming apart at the seams..... a bit afraid there is more to this ??? I am retired so that helps altho ( as an only child) I am quite involved with my aged parents....quite stressful.

Thanks for reading this....I wish you all good health !

Any suggestions are most welcome.
Sunny.
