Question Upper Abdominal Pain
I have a pain in my upper abdominal region. its right at the bottom of the rib cage in the middle of my chest. I have been nauceuos the past 3 days and dont feel like eating much at all. I have thrown up about 5 times, but i dont feel "sick" really. i often feel like i have to poop, but when i go to the bathroom, nothing comes out, or just very little. thanks for any clues as to what might be causing this. i guess i will go to the doc tomorrow if things dont get cleared up.

Could be constipation, that causes pain in that general region. You should be careful too though, if you are vomiting it could be an actual blockage which is more serious than just constipation. It could also be a gallbladder problem as well, since I had similar symptoms (minus the decreased bowel movements) before I had to get my gallbladder removed. Either way I would recommend a doctor visit to rule out anything major.

Yes go to the doctor...it could be a couple of things both need doctors attention.
