Air bubbles, No gag reflex

Hey everyone. Fairly healthy 24 yo male here. I posted yesterday for some other problem, but now my symptoms have kinda changed/ gotten worse. went to the dr last week because i thought i was having lung problems. short of breath, slight wheezing. He said my lungs sounded fine. Slowly my wheezing stopped but one spot of my chest still hurts on and off. Today I woke up and am constantly feeling the need to burp. When I do it seems as if there's something blocking it from coming all the way up, and that little air bubbles are escaping into my chest. No trouble swallowing anything though. I also noticed that from trying to scratch the back of my throat that I have almost no gag reflex. Is this something very serious, or what? what could it be?
