Ok, Im new to this forum and would like some advice.
Im 22 years old and i would say decently healthy. Im 6 ft tall, 185lbs. For the past 2 years (slowly getting worse) ive been very tired, getting worse throughout the day to wear im going to bed at 9pm, even tho i woke up at 8am and didnt really have a stressful day at work. Sometimes when im driving, i feel like i could almost fall right asleep even tho i had done nothing strenuois that day.
Just 2 years ago, i could wake up at 7am and stay awake until 4am the next day, now over the past 2 years, ive grown more and more tired every month. Ive also been gaining weight. I used to weigh 165, now at 185 and its all going to my stomach.
It sucks when your fiance gets off work at 8pm and worked just as hard as you did and then your wanting to go to bed an hr after she gets home, and she worked just as long as me!
Also, i have also been having another un realated problem with my nose. Sometimes it gets hard for me to breath out my nose during the day due to buildup of some kind of white hard tissue, and i think it may be why i snore when sleeping.
What could be causing this??
