Chest and back pains

Recently (I'll say for a week or so), I've been having some chest and back pain/aches. They've been mostly slightly on the left side and middle of my chest, and the lower right side of my back and side. but have been all over at times.

< edited >

There's been problems with breathing only once, and that was after eating pasta. After eating it, there was a bit of pain in the middle of my chest when breathing that gradually went after breathing slowly for a couple of minutes. That was a kind of "warm" feeling. Other other than that.

Anyone got any ideas what it could be?

Thanks.

Re: Chest and back pains

Welcome Olly

Since you do mention the pain after eating, does this feel like possibly a heartburn pain from food ? Does it go away after having a antacid or a mint or something ?

Re: Chest and back pains

Thanks for replying

It was only that one time that it happened after eating, only eating pasta that one time caused it. I did think it may be heartburn though. I haven't tried any antacids or mints.

Yesterday when I woke up I had a pain between the bottom of my ribs, but that went away when I sat up, it only happened when I was lying down. So I thought that might be some acid reflux or something like that. But I'm not sure if something like that would cause chest and back pain for a few days like I've had though?
