multiple symptoms plz help

Im a 21 yr old male and i have so many health issues. here is my list. plz help.
-have anxiety issues
-chronic chest discomfort
-stomach and throat pressure everytime after full meal
-lump on left lower rib cage that has pressure everyday(been having this pressure since 17)
-heart palpilates from time to time
-get dizzy if whenever i do physical exertion
-left arm tends to feel weak and tingly from time to time

I am 21 yrs 5'8 200lbs. been active all my life, I dont smoke, occasional drink. I been to the doctor when i was 17 for my rib pressure, they took xray and ekg and everything came back normal. Overtime its like my health has gotten worst, and i went to the ER a month ago for chest and stomach pains. Doctor took blood (normal) and he said he thinks i have gastritis and Ulcers. Took some meds and my stomach and throat pressure went away for a couple of days but came back. I try to eat healthy. I have no insurance and everyday I worry about my health due to the pressure and discomfort i feel. someone plz help me.

Re: multiple symptoms plz help

Anxiety is a common cause of palpitations. Stomach/throat pressure is classic signs of GERD/acid reflux and could be the cause of your chronic chest discomfort. Take a look at mayo clinic's website on GERD for some tips on lifestyle changes to help with that. Things like not eating before laying down, smaller meals, and fluids between meals will help. Some people have trigger foods too such as orange juice. If you can't afford the meds you were prescribed, try antacids over the counter. Whenever you do physical exertion you get dizzy? Do you have trouble breathing, is that the cause? The lump may be a fatty tumor.

Hard to say about a lot of your symptoms (except the GERD/acid reflux, you fit that well) over the internet without being able to see the tests/see the lump etc. Are you in college? If so, it is likely you have a college health clinic that you could go to at little/no cost, which would be the best bet. Good luck.
