Re: knee pain

How about just squatting? Where is the pain mainly? Any recent injury? Normal gait?

Re: even hurts then

Do you get any locking sensations. If you were to stand on your left leg, keeping your foot planted and rotate your upper body, does it sometimes catch or lock. Is the pain their constantly, when you palpate it, or only when you kneel down. Define more what you mean by it feels more like a bone or nerve moves. I doubt it's a bone moving unless it's your patella or you fractured your Tibia, Fibula, or Femur. Can you walk normally or do you have a limp? As of right now I'd say it's your LCL or ITB or possibly Bursitis that's bothering you. What were you doing when this pain started? Are you a runner? Do you walk a lot? Do you do a lot of kneeling? Is the pain below and to the right of your knee cap or is it directly to the right of your knee cap on the right side?

Re: knee pain

I can only think of 2 reasons why your knees are hurting, 1) Rheumatism, 2) the joints or the connecting tissue on your knees has been damaged causing your bones to scratch contact, that's why you will feel pain on your knees. I think you can use this method, when you're going to sleep put oil or petroleum jelly on your feet and wear a pair of socks, in this way you can avoid having rheumatism.
